WELCOME TO “Coastal Dreams” On the Intracoastal! Use the kayaks or just relax on the private dock and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by. Amenities are plentiful and can host a large family (or TWO). It’s an EASY drive to the beach. You can go to Rogers Park, Pine Island or Sunwest Park all within a 12 min drive.

BEDROOMS. All top floor Master bedroom suite with new king bed and luxury bath and large shower. 2nd bedroom includes new queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed as well. First floor has two additional bedrooms with queen beds and another bathroom (pictures to come in late April)
The First floor also has a rec room with pool table, shuffleboard table and built in bar (pictures to come in late April)
Smart TV’s in every bedroom. Central air. All linens provided.

Chef and Entertainers Kitchen. Cook a gourmet meal on the range while being part of the action with the open floor plan. Kitchen has all new appliances

Kitchen Seating. Kitchen island accommodates people and adjacent dining table holds another eight (8). There is a highchair available.

Family room is open to kitchen and has a giant SMART TV and water views.

Decks and Patios. Eat outside on the deck with outdoor dining table and gas grill. Want more shade, There is a large covered patio below with lounge seating. Want more sun? Chill out on the new dock.

DINING: Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, ALL linens/towels/beach towels, first aid kit, washer/dryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps/shampoos, pack n play / high chair. Anything that is used up such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods and dish pods will only have enough to get you started and and not for your full stay

FAMILY ADVENTURES: Weeki Wachee (7 min drive), Buccaneer Bay (7 min drive), Crystal River (45 mins), Disney (2 hours)
