You will definitely feel like you are on a high-end luxury beach vacation in this amazing home, which has just undergone a complete renovation and features brand-new designer furnishings throughout.

Due to its proximity to the Weeki Wachee Mermaids, Homosassa, manatee swimming, and of course the beach, the heart of Hernando Beach will win you over.

A reminder:

– There are exterior security cameras on the front and back of the house that do take pictures.

– The pool will be heated between November 1 and April 1+/-.

– No Parties.

No loud music.

– The house will only be occupied by guests who have made reservations.

– At ten o’clock at night, all events must be moved inside the house. No yelling or loud noises after 10:00 outside.

Since there is no cable, all TVs are Roku devices. Any internet-based movie and TV service, including Netflix, Direct TV, Hulu, is used by Roku. You can view using your own account.

– Six cars can fit in the driveway. Please don’t park on the grass .

In this area, Uber and Lyft are widely accessible.

Restaurants, a shopping mall, and the beach are all within seven minutes.

As often as possible, we enjoy introducing ourselves to new visitors. However, we offer self check-in using a smart lock or a door code in the event that we are unable to meet at the time of check-in.
