This Florida Beach House Rental is located in Indian Rocks Beach, FL which is just a 40 minute drive from the Tampa Airport, 45-60 minute drive to Busch Gardens and a 90 minute-2 hour drive to Disney World.

Indian Rocks Beach offers nearly 3 miles of beautiful, clean beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. There are tons of local attractions and restaurants in the area. This Florida Beach House Rental is just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and also various shops and local attractions walking or driving distance. We multiple rentals in the area if you have a large group.

Upon entering this beautiful Florida Beach House Rental you will encounter a foyer and off to the right in your first bedroom which offers a twin bunk bed. Also on the first floor is your  washer and dryer, a half bath, your first living room with sleeper sofa and a door leading into the outdoor/pool area. On the second floor of this Florida beach vacation home you will find an open floor area which includes a fully stocked  kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has access to a deck that leads you to a balcony that overlooks the outdoor/pool area. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, the master bedroom features a queen bed overlooking the pool with a private bathroom. The other bedrooms offer 1 queen and 2 twin beds along with a full bathroom between the two. This home will sleep 10 comfortable and the max we put there is 12. A few things to note

Pool heat is $25 per night additional. Pool heat is usually needed from mid Oct – mid April depending on weather. 

Pets are welcome.  The first dog is $150 and if you have two dogs it would be $200.  No more then two dogs. 

We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there

Golf carts available for an additional $90 per night.  Booking it in advance is much easier and guarantees your a cart. 

YOU WILL BE SENT A RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER YOU RESERVATION IS MADE. WE WILL NEED YOUR AGREEMENT AND A COPY OF YOUR ID BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS TO KEEP YOUR RESERVATION ACTIVE.

Anything that is used up such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soap products will only have enough to get you started and not for your full stay
