This vacation home rental will captivate you with its location, size and layout. The bottom floor is features a game room with bumper pool, dart board and pinball, living room area, and queen bed with bathroom with access to the pool area (We do consider that room as one of the bedrooms).

On the second floor you will find an open floor plan which features the kitchen, living room area with sleeper sofa and dining room. You will also find the master bedroom which has a king bed and private full bathroom. The other bedroom is across the hall.

The Best part of this home is the backyard. A brand new heated pool overlooking the water. There is no better place to relax! Bring your boat and tie up to the floating dock and bring your fishing rod for some great catches

This vacation home rental sleeps a family or group of 10 comfortably. There is a strict max of six adults.

The Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens/Adventure Island are a short drive away. You can fly into the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport as well, it often offers discounted flights from smaller airlines. The Orlando International Airport, Disney area parks, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are all a 90 minute- 2 hour drive. Winter, the dolphin from the movie “A Dolphin Tale” is at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium which is a 70 minute drive from the house

The home is in a very nice neighborhood. Please keep in mind that this is a residential area. Neighbors do live and work in the area, so noise must be kept down

Car, Uber, biking or walking

We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there
