The main home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with the back patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the sound of the waves.
The cottage out front is an additional 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, another living room and kitchen with a second kitchenette upstairs.

As you enter in the home through the front door, you will be in the stone turret with the staircase and to the right the laundry room and to the left is your first full bath. The fully equipped vintage inspired kitchen is located between the laundry room and dining room. Straight through the entry way is the cozy living area access to the back porch. Located off of the living area is the TV room with a comfortable sofa.

Up the staircase you will find three bedrooms. One complete with a queen sized bed with antique bedframe. The second bedroom complete with 2 twin sized beds. The third bedroom is your master complete with a king bed and sleeper sofa. In the hallway you will find your second bathroom of the main home.
The two bedroom cottage out front is completely separate, but still on the property and is perfect for any age group. The first floor is cute one bedroom unit with full kitchen, remodeled bathroom, separate living room and queen bed in the bedroom. The second floor has its own private entrance with kitchenette, private bathroom and another queen bed with your own private balcony to listen to the waves crash

Linens, bath towels, and grill is provided in this home.

Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible. – No smoking is allowed.

– Pets permitted with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if there are more than one.

– No gatherings, events, or parties of any size.

Booking requires a minimum age of 25.

After making a reservation, a contract will be sent to you. To keep your reservation active, the contract and a copy of your identification must be returned within 24 hours. Guests will have a $1000 refundable damage deposit
