A little bit about me. I was born and raised in Dunedin, the quaint town just north of Clearwater. I currently live in Clearwater with my wife and two young children, and my father moved in with us a couple years ago. I enjoy seeing different property layouts and hearing what different people like about the houses. I love meeting people from all different parts of the world and helping find their perfect vacation home.I have been involved with vacation rentals for over 12 years. I started out cleaning them and doing some reservations on the side. After about a year I went to full-time reservations. I now own my own vacation home in Indian Rocks Beach, called Bikini Beachhouse and love helping other owners care for their homes.

I am not a property manager, I am a cohost. The owner hosts their home and as a cohost, I treat the homes like they are my own, ensuring the day to day items are properly maintained and assisting the owner in making the best return on their investment. I always ask guests for feedback and encourage communication to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay. I am available 24/7 to the owners of the homes and the guests that are renting them.
