This Perfect 4 bedroom 3 bath heated pool home comfortably sleeps 15. The second floor features a huge, 27’ x 24’ master suite, and a wet bar with compact refrigerator. There is a 16’ x 11’ master bath with double vanity, Whirlpool tub and separate  shower. You can also exit the bathroom or bedroom onto the large 2nd level deck, which overlooks the oasis-like backyard and the nature preserve beyond it. Upstairs bedroom sleeps 6, with king and Queen-sized bed and futon. Best of all, you can exit your bed/bath onto the deck and enjoy the view from the patio above, or walk down the spiral staircase to the pool level!

On the main floor are three large bedrooms, 2 have Queen-sized beds and one has a twin Bunk bed with a twin trundle on bottom to sleep three people . The two rooms on the East side of the house on the first floor share a full bath. Off the dining room is a large bedroom with a Queen-sized bed with ensuite
All bedrooms have  smart TVs.

Just coming from the beach? Outside there is a shower. No more walking through the house with sandy feet.  The fenced-in backyard backs up to a nature preserve for total privacy. There is a pool heater that heats the sitting area of pool and then flows into the larger area. ( this home does not have a hot tub).  The pool heater usually runs from Nov 1-April 1, but can vary due to weather.
In front of the house is a large horseshoe-shaped driveway, which easily fits 3 vehicles. There is also a one-car garage.

A short walk away …

Exit the house to your left (west) and you will be walking on the soft sands of Indian Rocks Beach.
Exit the house straight (north) and within 3 minutes you will be at a state-of-the-art skateboard park, basketball and tennis courts, and baseball field.

Exit to the right (east) and you will be at the cleanest playground you’ve ever seen, and at the back of it is an entrance to the nature preserve. The preserve is a new path (you’re walking on boards with handrails elevated above the ground/water) that winds around the inlet (see Google Earth) and exits next to a dog park (if you brought your ‘best friend,’ he’ll love this park, complete with fire hydrant!).

Of course, there’s a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and a fully-stocked kitchen with service for 15. Everything from a blender to beaters is included. The linens are also newer, with high-thread count sheets and comfortable bedding.

Great location to walk everywhere walk, bike, car or uber.

The pool heater runs nov 1-April 1

Anything that is used up such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning products will only have enough to get you started and may not for your full stay Pool guy is there twice a week.  Yard guy is there once a week

Please do not ask the pool cleaner or yard person to leave.  They are never there for more than 15 mins and the home must be kept up.  Worst case the pool cleaner may ask you to not go back in for 30 mins.  We would hate for the pool to turn green on you if he does not treat it.   Florida is known for storms (especially in the Summer).  There is a pool net at the home in case of storm after the pool cleaner is there.  We will not send the pool cleaner back everytime it rains.
